We cooperate with domestic, foreign, and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and their associations by providing regulatory and advocacy advice and support in undertaken social campaigns.
In providing advisory to leading banks, investment funds, credit institutions, payment institutions and projects subject to similar, special regulatory requirements, the lawyers of the law firm have accumulated unique experience in the field of operations of financial institutions in the national, EU, and international regulatory environment.
Together with the law firm's clients, we made a breakthrough transition from the former regulations to the reality of the GDPR, and then we co-shaped the national and European practice of personal data protection in industries subject to specific regulatory regimes, including in the field of operation of recruitment agencies, in financial markets, and mass fundraising by social organizations.
The firm’s partners and lawyers have over twenty years of experience in servicing commercial companies, funds, as well as simple and complex investment transactions.
